Onsite Recovery Machinist

About the role

Everllence, a global provider of propulsion and decarbonisation solutions, is seeking an Onsite Recovery Machinist to operate and maintain precision machine tools at its Dubai location. The role involves setting up, adjusting and operating various machine tools to produce parts to specification while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate basic or specialized machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers and grinders.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments and materials on machines.
• Monitor feed and speed, maintain tools in proper condition and diagnose malfunctions.
• Lay out, measure and mark metal stock, fit and assemble parts, and support metalworking projects from planning through testing.
• Separate scrap for reuse, recycling or disposal and recommend procedural improvements.
• Install repaired or new equipment and adhere to safety, environmental and regulatory policies.

Required profile

• Seasoned technician with at least 3 years of experience in heavy‑equipment manufacturing or related machining.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of engineering products and processes.
• Cooperative, team‑oriented with good coordination, organization and communication skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity and ability to work in an intercultural environment.
