About the role
The Onsite Registration Executive will manage end‑to‑end online and onsite registration for DWTC events, ensuring a smooth visitor experience by coordinating with vendors, internal teams and authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and oversee online and onsite event registration, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Handle registration escalations during events and ensure compliance with DTCM regulations.
- Maintain and enhance registration technologies, and support onsite logistics such as layout and traffic flow.
- Work with IT to integrate registration data into systems like Dynamics CRM and Eloqua, and produce post‑event reports and insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event or exhibition registration.
- Strong understanding of visitor experience and DTCM attendance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative, proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
