OpenText Documentum Administrator (SME)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Documentum Administrator to lead the management of enterprise‑scale OpenText Documentum environments. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, driving upgrades, and executing migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support OpenText Documentum repositories.
• Manage repository structures, workflows, user permissions, and security settings.
• Plan and execute Documentum version upgrades and platform modernization initiatives.
• Lead data migration and content reorganization efforts, including migration to Documentum D2.
• Monitor performance, tune systems, and implement load‑balancing strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Linux and Windows administration tasks.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes (pods, Helm charts, persistent volumes) for containerized deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering large‑scale Documentum environments with high transaction volumes.
• Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Hands‑on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex upgrade and migration projects.
