Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) Manager

About the role

Join Aman Group’s corporate team in Dubai and lead the coordination of all operational and logistical processes that affect the OS&E procurement for new hotel and resort openings. The OS&E Manager works closely with Design, Technical Services, Finance, New Openings and Operations teams to ensure projects are on brand, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end OS&E process for new hotel/resort openings and transitions.
• Develop and control OS&E budgets, schedules and procurement plans in line with Aman brand standards.
• Coordinate mock‑up room preparation, reviews and OS&E approvals.
• Partner with procurement partners on sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, logistics, quality control and installation.
• Maintain accurate OS&E data, systems and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hospitality procurement experience handling OS&E pipelines in pre‑opening hotel or resort environments.
• Strong knowledge of OS&E procurement, budgeting, sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven experience managing shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics and installation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across functions, regions and cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms.
