Operational Risk & ERMF Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The role works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to strengthen risk governance, perform risk assessments, monitor KRIs and support operational risk initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise risk management policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Prepare risk awareness and training materials to promote a strong risk culture.
• Support the establishment and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk reports for senior management and board committees.
• Consolidate operational risk incidents, perform trend analysis and support regional risk oversight.
• Partner with product and risk owners to assess and mitigate operational risks for crypto and digital‑asset products.
• Assist in operational risk programmes such as third‑party risk management, incident management and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management, audit or related areas.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or digital‑asset industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.
• Experience with database management systems.
