Operations Assistant Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of its world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a small team of Team Leaders and oversee their R&A Operators, ensuring high service standards and continuous colleague development.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Team Leaders and indirectly supervise R&A Operators, handling training, attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals and development plans.
• Prepare monthly duty schedules, balancing annual leave with operational readiness.
• Plan, book and deliver on‑ and off‑job training to maintain service quality.
• Communicate updates through meetings and briefings, and motivate staff via incentive and recognition programs.
• Ensure departmental policies, procedures and performance standards are applied and kept up to date.
• Identify and resolve service delivery defects, analyse trends and report findings to management.
• Monitor financial performance, track expenditures and revenue, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate inventory and stock‑take activities, minimizing loss and waste.
• Participate in daily operations, setting a positive example for colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing small teams in an operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to create and maintain schedules.
• Effective communicator who can convey information across multiple channels.
• Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
