Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, hands‑on Operations Associate to join our Dubai team. You will be the on‑ground link between our warehouse, field teams and riders, ensuring our electric vehicle fleet runs smoothly from arrival to customer drop‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach mechanics and fleet support staff responsible for deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles.
• Maintain a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet.
• Define and implement new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on projects that identify expansion opportunities.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs related to profitability, revenue and operational performance.
• Support complaint management and investigate customer incidents.
• Collaborate with local Government Relations to manage legal, regulatory and safety issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees and Lime management.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to launch local initiatives that boost revenue.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience, preferably with at least 1 year in an operations role.
• Experience leading teams or groups is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai region and ability to anticipate operational challenges.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
