International Service Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

A pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a UAE National to join its Dubai team as International Service Coordinator. The role manages and optimises cross-border service operations, including procurement, logistics and customer support, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical services and parts on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international service requests and liaise with technical teams, vendors and customs authorities.
• Manage procurement of service parts and materials, including vendor selection, purchase orders and follow-up.
• Oversee logistics for equipment shipments, customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular updates on service delivery.
• Monitor timelines, spot potential delays and put corrective actions in place.
• Document service activities, keep accurate records and generate performance reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service quality.

Required profile

• UAE National with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, procurement, logistics or customer service.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Preferred: experience in an international service environment or with multinational clients, familiarity with UAE import/export regulations and customs documentation, and additional languages such as French or Hindi.

• MS Office; experience with ERP or service management systems.
