Operations Coordinator – Camp & Labor Management (UAE Driving License Required)

About the role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator – Welfare Services to support day‑to‑day employee welfare and operational coordination across sites and accommodation facilities in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, and transportation requirements.
- Liaise with camps, sites, supervisors, drivers, and internal teams.
- Handle employee queries and welfare‑related concerns.
- Conduct site and camp visits and follow up on operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support HR and Operations with workforce‑related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of welfare and operational matters.
Required profile
- Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable travelling across different sites.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- UAE experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are an advantage.
