Operations Coordinator – Retail

About the role

Al Jimi Mall is seeking a passionate Operations Coordinator – Retail to support day‑to‑day operations of Aldar’s retail portfolio in Al Ain. The role offers hands‑on experience in mall operations, tenant liaison and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily mall operations including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking and customer service, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.
• Act as the primary operational contact for retail tenants, coordinating access, maintenance requests, fit‑out activities and approvals.
• Assist health and safety initiatives, inspections, audits, incident reporting and emergency preparedness.
• Help plan and execute mall events, promotions and activations, providing operational coverage during peak periods.
• Maintain operational logs, permits and documentation; prepare routine reports and trackers on incidents and service performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Leasing, Marketing and Facilities to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities or property management, preferably within the UAE.
• Experience in multi‑site or shared‑services environments is an advantage.
