Operations Coordinator (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations, stock availability, deliveries and coordination between our warehouse, 3PL partners and Customer Service in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels and inventory availability across shops and warehouses.
• Track 3PL deliveries, pending shipments and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily stock and operational reconciliations.
• Generate Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle basic shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor returns, damages and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate packaging material availability and deliveries.
• Act as liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and 3PL teams, escalating operational issues and maintaining daily reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands‑on experience in stock control, reconciliation, 3PL coordination, warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Good understanding of shipping documents and CIPL preparation; experience with returns, damages and packaging materials is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple teams and possess strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
