Operations Executive - Business Setup

About the role

FounderX is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support its business setup and corporate services operations in Dubai. The role covers company formation, licensing and documentation, and involves liaising with Free Zone authorities. Key responsibilities

• Manage daily business setup operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate company formation procedures, licensing applications and Free Zone documentation.
• Guide clients through business setup requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
• Liaise with Free Zone authorities and other government entities on company registration and licensing.
• Maintain accurate operational records, client files and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable UAE business regulations.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and follow up on pending applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in business setup operations, including mandatory UAE Free Zone experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone procedures, company formation, business licensing and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent organisational, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support clients professionally and manage several requirements at once.
• Open to all nationalities; immediate joiners preferred.
