Operations Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. You will work closely with leadership and the wider team across a range of functions, keeping everything moving smoothly. The role becomes a key part of the operational backbone, offering ownership and visibility as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and manage the office
• Ensure UAE compliance, handle visas and coordinate PRO services
• Manage invoicing processes and control credit
• Administer contracts, terms of business and onboard suppliers
• Provide HR support and assist employees
• Support business development and prepare client meetings
• Drive systems, technology initiatives and process improvement
• Produce reporting, analyse data and assist business planning
• Organise events, meetings and company communications
