About the role
Join a newly formed team that is designing and launching innovative fast‑delivery business models across the MENA region. As an Operations Executive you will lead daily operations for Amazon Now, building the service from the ground up and shaping how customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end operations for a large site or multiple small sites, ensuring customer‑facing metrics are met.
- Maintain cost targets while upholding safety standards and team morale.
- Drive performance management, training, and development plans for associates.
- Continuously improve operational processes and conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
- Stand in for the Area Manager as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Experience in a logistics or operations environment.
