Operations Executive – Fuels

About the role

The Operations Executive – Fuels will coordinate daily fuel distribution activities, ensuring safe, efficient and timely receipt, storage, loading, transportation and delivery of petroleum products while complying with company policies, customer requirements and HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor vehicle dispatch schedules, delivery routes and resource allocation, liaising with transporters, terminals, suppliers and customers.
• Perform stock reconciliations, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation of product receipts, transfers and deliveries.
• Monitor fuel quality throughout storage, transportation and delivery processes and ensure HSSE compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs and address service‑related concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in fuel distribution, petroleum logistics, transportation or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of fuel distribution and transportation operations, fleet scheduling, inventory control and HSSE regulatory compliance.
