Operations Executive - Motor Placement

About the role

A remote Operations Executive position handling motor insurance placements, from quotation through to policy binding and issuance. The role coordinates with Business Development Managers (BDMs), insurers and internal teams so that quotations are accurate, policies are placed efficiently and all documentation meets company and regulatory requirements. The salary is AED 1,500 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end motor insurance enquiries, review customer and vehicle details, obtain and compare insurer quotations and coordinate with insurers to secure competitive terms.
• Follow up on pending quotations, approvals and documentation, and issue policies within agreed timelines.
• Review policy documents for accuracy before sharing them with customers or stakeholders.
• Work with BDMs to understand customer needs and support policy placement, and escalate delays or underwriting concerns promptly.
• Process transactions according to company policies, insurer requirements and regulations, keeping accurate records and resolving discrepancies before issuance.
• Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and insurer portals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; 1-3 years of experience in motor insurance operations, placement, underwriting support or a related insurance function.
• Prior experience with UAE motor insurance products and insurers preferred; insurance brokerage or motor placement experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and meeting turnaround times.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of motor insurance and underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in insurer portals and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, follow-up and organisational skills, and ability to handle several enquiries at once.
