Operations Manager (Cleaning Services)

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead both site‑based cleaning crews and the office support team for a specialized cleaning company in Dubai. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, manage staff, and maintain operational standards across multiple cleaning specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 50–100 cleaners, handling deployment, rosters, relievers and transportation, and conduct daily site visits with quality checks.
• Oversee the office team (Operations Coordinator, HR/Admin, PRO, Storekeeper), assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage client complaints, enforce SOPs for post‑construction cleaning, floor polishing, deep cleaning, office janitorial services, HVAC duct cleaning and other specialized tasks.
• Prepare daily operations reports for the GM/MD, monthly client service reports, and maintain stock and equipment maintenance logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a UAE cleaning or facilities‑management company.
• Proven ability to manage both site staff and office staff effectively.
• Strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a valid UAE driving licence.
