Operations Manager – Fashion & Luxury Boutique

About the role

Position based in the Fashion & Watches & Fine Jewelry Twin Boutique at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. The Operations Manager oversees all support and back‑office activities—including inventory, maintenance, after‑sales, cash, administration and security—to ensure the boutique meets Chanel’s commercial strategy and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the back‑office team covering stock, after‑sales, cash and administration functions.
• Analyse boutique sales and KPIs, provide regular reports and propose action plans to the Boutique Director.
• Supervise inventory processes, prepare annual inventory and optimise regular stock checks.
• Manage after‑sales operations to maintain high client satisfaction in line with Chanel standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures, security protocols and scheduling comply with legal and Chanel requirements.
• Collaborate with boutique management and head‑office buying teams to support purchasing decisions.
