About the role
A consultancy firm is recruiting a dedicated Operations Manager for facility management to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading operational teams and ensuring efficient facility services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive performance.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the operations
- Developing operational strategies
- Managing budgets to ensure cost‑effective operations
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in facilities or maintenance
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driving licence
- Familiarity with GCC culture or residence in GCC countries
