Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in the UAE, overseeing facility operations, inventory, and process optimisation while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage smooth operation of the processing centre across all shifts.
• Lead training and meetings for processing staff.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on facility work timelines.
• Address facility, tech and space issues for licensees, including liaising with OFOS.
• Work with Customer Success to prepare licensees for large orders or spikes.
• Handle ZenDesk tickets from opening to closure.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in the processing centre and kitchen.
• Review daily inventories, place replenishment orders, and conduct storage audits.
• Report KPI metrics, contribute to goal setting and planning.
• Coach shift leads and fill in shifts as needed.
• Review financials and support P&L understanding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably logistics, fulfillment or food processing.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing multi‑shift teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ZenDesk or similar ticketing systems.
