Operations Manager – UTR – Amazon Now

About the role

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster‑level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate will manage dark stores and hire and develop a team that leads day‑to‑day operations and programs. This role monitors key operational metrics, ensures data accuracy for dashboards, and maintains visibility into network health and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership.
• Support root‑cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Identify trends and patterns in operational performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 1+ years of additional experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (preferred).
