Operations Manager – Warehouse

About the role

As Operations Manager – Warehouse you will lead warehouse operations within a high‑volume distribution centre, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy and exceptional service delivery for Ingram Micro in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and order fulfillment.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring and process compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Optimize productivity through efficient labour planning, space utilisation, workflow improvement and Lean‑based operational excellence initiatives.
• Leverage WMS, ERP systems and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data‑driven decisions and achieve service and operational targets.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a multinational or regional distribution environment.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse operations teams through periods of growth and change.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance and compliance in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field; MBA, CSCP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
