Operations Services Supervisor (P&A)

About the role

The Operations Services Supervisor (P&A) will lead field maintenance activities for plant clusters, remote degassing stations, remote manifold stations and compression stations. The role ensures safe, efficient and reliable operation of oil, gas, water and CO₂ injection facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production and injection facilities.
• Coordinate hand‑over of well locations with the drilling department and manage rig routing.
• Control assigned personnel to maintain a safe working environment and optimal operational performance.
• Monitor material and stock items, ensuring timely inspection and delivery of inventory.
• Check quality of maintenance activities on well heads and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with operational and injection requirements while supporting planned shutdowns.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
