Operations Supervisor – Fulfillment Center (VAR L3)

About the role

The Operations Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations in a fulfillment centre, acting as the first point of contact for team members during their shift. You will support the Shift/Area Manager, monitor performance, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide shift information to frontline management.
• Support and train employees, supervising daily tasks to deliver great service.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects that improve processes, safety, and workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues and support key performance areas.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
