Operations Supervisor – Logistics

About the role

Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Operations Supervisor to lead teams in both AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and Fulfilment Center environments. You will ensure smooth daily workflows, exceed customer expectations and drive continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across AMZL and FC sites, managing 30‑40 associates, supervisors and delivery partners.
• Allocate labour, lead briefings, assign duties and maintain strong organisational standards.
• Train, develop and motivate high‑performing teams while ensuring safety compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives using lean techniques and analytical tools.
• Communicate metrics, report exceptions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure their performance meets Amazon standards.
