Operator – Bulk Product Handling

About the role

The Operator will manage bulk product handling systems used in cementing operations, ensuring safe, efficient storage and distribution of cement, additives, and chemicals. This role supports the smooth execution of cementing jobs across ADNOC Drilling sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor silos, conveyors, and pneumatic systems to deliver bulk cementing products as required.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain equipment to guarantee accurate material measurement and delivery.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and storage of bulk materials while adhering to safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs on handling equipment.
• Monitor real‑time data such as flow rates, levels, and pressures, adjusting settings for optimal performance.
• Maintain records of product usage, equipment performance, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with cementing teams to ensure timely delivery to well sites.
• Provide training and support to junior operators and field assistants.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in bulk product handling or similar operations within the oil and gas industry.

Required skills

• Operation of bulk handling equipment (silos, conveyors, pneumatic systems).
• Equipment calibration and routine maintenance.
• Real‑time operational data monitoring and adjustment.
• Adherence to HSE policies and hazardous material handling.
