Operator – Operations Team (Eastern & Taweelah Area)

About the role

The Operator will work on the Sajaa plant within ADNOC's Eastern and Taweelah area, ensuring safe and efficient operation of process equipment. You will follow standard operating procedures and HSE standards while supporting plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process plant equipment, adjusting speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates as required.
• Perform routine equipment checks, report abnormalities and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare plant and equipment for shutdown/start‑up and scheduled maintenance.
• Receive chemicals, maintain stock registers and prepare chemical batches in line with safety procedures.
• Operate related machinery safely, obtain work permits and supervise contractor activities.
• Act as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer during emergencies.
• Prepare KPI checklists and reports for management review.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of plant operations experience in a large industrial oil‑and‑gas facility.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and ability to follow safety, quality and environmental policies.
