Oracle EBS Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Fusion Finance Consultant to lead implementation projects and provide ongoing support for finance modules in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for Oracle Fusion ERP finance implementations, covering requirement gathering, build, testing, training and deployment.
• Ensure solutions leverage standard Oracle features to meet business needs and optimize financial processes.
• Provide end‑to‑end implementation expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpense and Tax modules.
• Support long‑term complex finance projects and integrate Oracle Finance with other business applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in Oracle Finance, with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial and operational business practices.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) finance modules.
• Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpense and Tax.
• Experience with integrations (on‑premise and cloud) and related modules such as eBiz/Fusion Tax, AME/BPM, SLA, Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash.
