About the role
The Payroll Associate will support staff account management, payroll processing and financial documentation while ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and UAE banking regulations. This position is open to fresh UAE national graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle staff account inquiries, open/close accounts and ensure KYC compliance.
- Process finance account documentation, prepare applications and enter data into systems.
- Enter payroll and overtime transactions, prepare payment memos and advance salary reports.
- Assist in preparation of journal vouchers, general ledger entries and audit responses.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending workflow changes.
Required profile
- UAE national fresh graduate.
- Good knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and credit policies.
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations and Central Bank directives.
- Ability to manage sub‑ordinates, plan training and conduct appraisals.
Required skills
- KYC and compliance procedures.
- Payroll processing systems.
- General ledger and journal voucher preparation.
- Computer skills for data entry and reporting.
