Oracle EBS Technical Consultant – OAF Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant specializing in the Oracle Application Framework (OAF) to join our Dubai team on‑site. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting custom Oracle E‑Business Suite solutions across financial and procurement modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E‑Business Suite applications using OAF.
• Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Implement Oracle Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME) solutions.
• Develop reports with XML Publisher and customize Oracle forms and pages.
• Build and support integrations via Oracle SOA Gateway, Web Services, and related protocols.
• Develop solutions using Oracle Mobile Application Framework and Oracle EBS Mobile Applications.
• Work with Oracle Cloud Application Framework (CLAF) and Enterprise Command Center (ECC).
• Create WebADI solutions and support EBS interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions for Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Analyse business requirements, perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, deployment, and production support while ensuring coding standards and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite technical components.
• Strong expertise in OAF development and Oracle EBS integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.
