Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant

About the role

The United Al Saqer Group is seeking an Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant to design, implement and support end‑to‑end techno‑functional solutions across Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules, and Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will work in a multi‑organization environment, covering implementation, configuration, integration and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS, including chart of accounts, entity structures, consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and ensure alignment with FCCS.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management) and integrate HR data with finance systems.
• Prepare functional and technical design documents, perform data mapping, system configuration and support SIT/UAT and go‑live activities.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and consolidation outputs for monthly and quarterly close cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Finance, EPM and HCM solutions in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting and ERP finance processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
