Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across multiple workstreams in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the central hub for planning, risk management, governance and stakeholder communication, ensuring the project lands on time, within budget and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery across Finance, HCM, SCM, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing and change workstreams.
• Build and maintain an integrated project plan, track milestones, manage resources and coordinate cross‑workstream activities.
• Own the RAID log, drive risk mitigation, issue resolution and escalation to the steering committee.
• Oversee all implementation phases – requirements, configuration, build, SIT, UAT, training, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Monitor vendor performance, track budget and produce executive status reports.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project/program management experience in enterprise ERP delivery.
• Delivered at least three full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, preferably multi‑module programmes.
• Proven ability to manage SI partners, multi‑vendor environments and senior‑level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology and agile or hybrid delivery models.
