Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of our Oracle Fusion suite across Finance, HCM, Payroll and EPM. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to build and support production‑grade solutions rather than manage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion landscape, including Financials, HCM, Payroll and EPM.
• Configure Fusion Financials – workflows, security, flexfields, reporting and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP and file‑based interfaces.
• Deliver automation solutions and create applications with low‑code and bespoke technologies.
• Act as the technical authority for finance systems, ensuring governance, controls and supportability.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of enterprise application experience with a proven record of building and supporting production solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of recent, hands‑on Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering configuration, integration and reporting.
• Strong technical background with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, data migration, security and reporting.
• Experience delivering at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation or major upgrade.
