Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations and transformation projects for our clients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support full‑cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing and production support.
• Configure and maintain core HR, workforce structures, absence management, payroll, compensation, performance, talent, recruiting and learning modules.
• Develop reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle HCM Analytics, and support data migration, validation and integration activities.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, knowledge‑transfer sessions and training for business users.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with Oracle standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM/ERP functional consulting experience, with at least one full‑life‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams, and to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning).
• Reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle HCM Analytics.
• Integration technologies: Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL.
• Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
