Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead to drive the finance stream of our Oracle Fusion implementation. The candidate will own the end-to-end delivery from business requirements through design, build, deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring a seamless migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Procurement, from requirement gathering to production rollout.
• Manage the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion Cloud, including strategy, FBDI data loads, reconciliation and coexistence planning.
• Own cut-over planning, mock rehearsals, go-live command-centre coordination and post-implementation hypercare.
• Design and build integrations, extensions and reports using OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI and FBDI.
• Provide production support governance, incident management and SLA-driven resolution for Finance and Procurement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a proven delivery record.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, as well as Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion migrations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage senior business and IT stakeholders independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
