Oracle HCM Consultant – Payroll Cloud Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to lead the Oracle Payroll Cloud functional workstream from discovery through go‑live and hypercare. You will own the end‑to‑end functional solution, ensuring seamless integration and transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Payroll Cloud functional workstream from discovery to hypercare.
• Design and configure functional solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Manage functional issues, risks, dependencies, and solution quality.
• Support testing, deployment, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
• Act as the onsite functional point of contact for the Payroll/HCM track.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall experience, with strong functional leadership.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes.
