Oracle Procurement Functional Analyst (70% Functional, 30% Technical)

About the role

This Oracle Procurement Functional Analyst supports Curia's Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement landscape, covering both Direct and Indirect procurement. The role combines functional expertise in Oracle R12.2.12 procurement (iProcurement, punchout catalogs, requisitioning, purchasing, Oracle AME approvals and the Procure-to-Pay process) with the ability to analyse, design and deliver system enhancements. It bridges Procurement, Finance, Projects and IT, and is listed as full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for production support of Oracle Procurement, resolving issues and keeping users satisfied.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates (typically under 80 hours) and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay transactions.
• Resolve functional incidents with root cause analysis and preventive measures, and work with Oracle Finance and Oracle Projects (PPM) analysts on charge accounts, accruals and supplier payments.
• Support Oracle iProcurement (self-service requisitioning, punchout catalogs) and Oracle AME approval workflows.
• Handle technical aspects such as interfaces, reports, reconciliations, integrations with external systems and collaboration with the BI team on reporting and dashboards.
• Follow IT security and compliance standards (SOX, audit controls, segregation of duties).
• Document configuration changes and enhancements, and partner with Enterprise Applications leadership on standardisation.
• Review release documentation, prepare non-production test environments, coordinate unit, integration and UAT testing, and deploy approved changes to production with post-deployment support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, with a strong functional focus on Procurement and Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience working with Oracle Finance and Oracle Projects (PPM) functional analysts.
