Oracle Technical Consultant - Lead

About the role

NMC Group Services is looking for an Oracle Technical Consultant Lead in Abu Dhabi. The role covers building reporting solutions and architecting and implementing scalable integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications and external healthcare systems, while leading impact assessments of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reporting solutions with BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BICC extracts and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including custom data models and dashboards.
• Architect and implement integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications and external healthcare systems such as Insta, Cerner and EPIC.
• Design and build integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters and orchestrations.
• Support data migration through FBDI/HDL, handle errors, tune performance and align with analytics or migration teams.
• Establish best practices for data consistency, transformation and validation across Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders and turn them into scalable integration designs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integration performance to keep downtime low and availability high.
• Lead impact assessments of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates so integrations stay functional.
• Write technical documentation: report specifications, integration architecture diagrams, data flow mappings and API specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in integration solution architecture and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Desirable: experience with healthcare-specific ERP integrations (Insta, Cerner, EPIC).
• Desirable: proven track record of leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration projects.

Required skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BPEL and SOA middleware.
• REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and web services; API development.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration (OCIDI), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and ETL.
• Enterprise-wide finance and SCM system transformation and Oracle Cloud ERP integration.
• OAuth2, JWT, SSL, encryption and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Error handling, logging and debugging of integration failures.
• Understanding of OCI, PaaS, SaaS and IaaS models.
