About the role
The Order Taker joins the Guest Service Support team to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Manage menu information, read and verify items, and support guests throughout their dining experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), reaching, bending, and walking on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands safely.
