Organisational Change Manager – Dynamics 365 Transformation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organisation to deliver a multi‑country Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation across the UAE and several African markets. The Organisational Change Manager will own the people side of the programme, ensuring that new finance, sales, parts, service and HR processes are adopted successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Change Management strategy for a multi‑country Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, country leaders and functional heads.
• Create stakeholder maps, sponsor roadmaps and Change Champion networks.
• Lead change impact assessments across business functions, countries and user groups.
• Conduct business readiness assessments and provide go/no‑go recommendations.
• Design and execute communication strategies aligned with programme milestones.
• Define role‑based training strategies, train‑the‑trainer programmes and super‑user enablement.
• Coordinate workshops, engagement sessions and end‑user communications.
• Identify and manage resistance through targeted interventions.
• Lead post‑go‑live reinforcement, adoption tracking and hyper‑care support.
• Report on change progress, readiness, risks and adoption metrics to programme leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading the people side of large ERP transformations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, sponsor management, change impact assessments and business readiness.
• Demonstrated success delivering communication strategies, training programmes and adoption plans.
• Experience working across geographically dispersed or multi‑country organisations.
• Based in the UAE (international candidates not considered at this stage).
