Orthopedic Surgeon - DHA

About the role

HIRENEX HR CONSULTANCY LLC is recruiting a full-time, on-site Orthopedic Surgeon for a DHA position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The surgeon diagnoses and treats musculoskeletal conditions, working within DHA regulations and clinical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions through patient consultations and clinical assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
• Perform orthopedic and spine-related surgeries
• Manage pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and take part in case discussions
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in orthopedic care

Required profile

• Strong foundation in medicine, including knowledge of musculoskeletal health and related systemic conditions
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedics and orthopedic surgery, with experience in acute and chronic cases
• Specialized experience with spine conditions, including diagnosis, non-surgical management and spine surgery
• Recognized medical degree with completed residency or specialist training in Orthopedics from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensure as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Dubai

• Surgical proficiency, including operative techniques, perioperative management and adherence to surgical safety protocols
• Strong clinical decision-making, attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
• Effective communication and teamwork with clinical and support staff
• Willingness to take part in continuing medical education and quality improvement initiatives
