OT Cybersecurity Project Management Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Project Management Support Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and governance of OT/ICS cybersecurity initiatives within a critical infrastructure environment. The role works closely with engineering, EPC contractors, and cybersecurity stakeholders to embed security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of OT Cybersecurity projects, defining requirements from design through delivery.
• Act as the focal point for cybersecurity requirements during solution design, architecture, and network segmentation phases.
• Implement ADNOC cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with UAE regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain OT Cybersecurity processes, documentation, and compliance controls.
• Support project teams during FEED, detailed design, FAT, SAT, and SIT, tracking findings to closure.
• Provide PMO governance, develop templates, monitor schedules, milestones, and overall project progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity and project execution within critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including EPC contractors and engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills for creating specifications and status reports.
