Outbound Appointment Setter – Staffing Services

About the role

This remote position focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for staffing and workforce solution services. You will engage decision‑makers across various industries, helping them identify hiring needs where our partner’s staffing solutions add value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to target businesses such as construction firms, manufacturers, and warehouses.
• Introduce staffing and workforce solutions, uncover hiring challenges, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure accurate follow‑up information.
• Maintain consistent outreach to build and expand the sales pipeline.
• Update Salesforce CRM after each interaction, documenting conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Follow provided sales scripts, adapt conversations naturally, and handle basic objections.
• Support broader business development activities through organized prospect management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer‑facing business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (native or near‑native).
• Previous outbound calling experience is required; appointment‑setting experience is preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is an advantage.
• B2B sales experience and familiarity with prospecting business clients are preferred.
