Outdoor Sales Consultant – Home Appliances (Hindi Speaker)

About the role

A market leader in kitchen appliances across the UAE is looking for an outdoor sales consultant for home appliances who speaks Hindi. This is a field-based, target-driven role acting as the main link to kitchen dealers and commercial clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and product presentations to closing deals and collecting payments.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential accounts and generate or follow through on high-quality sales leads.
• Arrange appointments with dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape companies and furniture stores by scheduled visits or cold calling.
• Present the home appliance range professionally and visit kitchen dealers on a weekly schedule.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and expand the client database.
• Help kitchen dealers set up product displays and create detailed dealer and staff profiles.
• Provide dealers with sales tools such as company policies, catalogs and price lists.
• Negotiate to close sales and exceed monthly targets, and coordinate internally so sales orders are processed smoothly.
• Track the sales lifecycle: collect purchase orders, monitor deliveries, handle returns and exchanges, and follow up on payments and cheque collections.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing and market activity, and keep records of leads, accounts and sales data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory for this outdoor role).
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
