Outdoor Sales Executive – Projects (Senior & Junior)

About the role

The Tile Experts Trading LLC is seeking dynamic Outdoor Sales Executives for its Projects team in Dubai. The position is open for both senior and junior candidates who can drive sales of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and sanitaryware across the UAE construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE building‑materials market.
• Promote and sell ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, sanitaryware and related products to contractors, consultants and developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultant engineers and real‑estate developers.
• Achieve sales targets, expand the customer base and manage the full sales cycle from meetings to closing deals.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations, prepare quotations and negotiate terms.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the building‑materials industry, preferably with ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles or sanitaryware.
• Established network of building contractors, consultant engineers and real‑estate developers in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Open to applicants of all nationalities and genders.
