Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and acquire customers across the UAE, focusing on jewellery tools, machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, manufacturers and refineries across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and demonstrate jewellery‑making tools and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Manage credit customers and ensure timely payment follow‑ups.
• Support exhibitions, product launches and other field marketing activities.
• Collect market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry or related equipment.
• Existing network within the jewellery trade is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with customer visits, product demonstrations and sales follow‑ups.
• UAE driving licence preferred; company vehicle provided.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage.
