About the role
As an Outdoor Sales Representative for the beauty industry, you will promote and sell a premium hair‑care product portfolio to salons, beauty centres and retailers across Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role is client‑facing and requires strong product knowledge, relationship building and a passion for the beauty sector.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell hair‑care products to salons, beauty centres and retailers in Ras Al‑Khaimah.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Report regularly on sales performance and customer feedback.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty or hair‑care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Based in Ras Al‑Khaimah with a valid UAE driver’s licence.
- Self‑motivated with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
