Outdoor Sales Representative - Beauty Industry

About the role

Madi International is looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to lead the Hair division in Ras Al Khaimah. The role blends technical product knowledge with sales expertise to grow the brand’s presence in salons and among beauty professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets through proactive outreach.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff.
• Develop existing salon accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines to both existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or a comparable beauty‑industry qualification.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on technical experience combined with solid sales exposure.
• Proven ability to deliver professional product demonstrations that convert into sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
