Outdoor Sales Representative – Interlocking & Curbstone Products

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our high‑quality interlocking and curbstone products across Abu Dhabi. You will work directly with contractors, engineering consultants and real‑estate developers, building strong relationships that drive revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the construction sector, including contracting firms, engineering consultants and developers.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present product specifications, demonstrate technical advantages and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
• Prepare quotations and contracts, follow up diligently and close sales to meet targets.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals set by management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Utilise social media and PC tools to promote products and communicate with clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in building‑materials sales, preferably with interlocking or curbstone products.
• Fluency in at least two languages, with Arabic or English required.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and a residence visa valid for at least two months.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective use of social‑media platforms for business promotion.
