Outlet Cashier

About the role

As an Outlet Cashier at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, you will handle guest billing and payment transactions across food & beverage outlets and bars, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization.
• Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Work closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or a customer‑facing environment.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals and financial reporting tools.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to reconcile transactions confidently and efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
• Fluent communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
